By creating an account or using Submio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Submio is a form-building platform that allows businesses and individuals to create, publish, and manage online forms and collect responses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@getsubmio.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
You retain ownership of all content you create on Submio, including forms and submission data. By using the Service, you grant Submio a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. Submio retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As a form owner, you are the data controller for responses collected through your forms and are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, LGPD, etc.) when collecting data from your respondents.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Submio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Submio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
